Precautions for the use of Ceramic Laser Reflectors 1. During the transportation, storage, and assembly of ceramic cavity reflectors, we shall avoid serious external force damage, such as falling off to the ground or forcibly pressing into the tube shell due to improper size; 2. The semi glazed ceramic cavity reflectors must be sealed with the tube shell to prevent the ceramic cavity reflector from inhaling a large amount of coolant, resulting in a decrease in power; 3. During assembly and maintenance, it is prohibited to scratch the ceramic reflective surface, causing a decrease in reflectivity, and the use of coolant can easily cause scaling on the ceramic surface; 4. When using short wavelength (such as 755nm) in high-temperature systems, it is important to pay attention to the selection of cooling system pipelines and equipment materials to avoid the contamination of ceramic surfaces by free metal oxides.
